Primordial Georgian natural amber wine, with a deep, liquid honey vibe.
Primordial and elegant, this Georgian natural amber wine has often been described as liquid honey in a glass. Norah’s Rkatsiteli is deep, round, and layered with flavors that reflect both tradition and terroir. From the very first sip, you can sense Kakhetian honey, toasted walnuts, and ripe fruits, carrying through from color to aroma to aftertaste. It is a wine that resonates with warmth, richness, and a timeless Georgian spirit.
This amber wine is crafted from Rkatsiteli grapes, Georgia’s most prominent white variety. Endemic to the region, Rkatsiteli has been cultivated for thousands of years and remains at the heart of Georgia’s winemaking identity. In Kakheti, these grapes are often fermented in qvevri – ancient clay vessels buried underground – a process that gives the wine its distinct amber hue, depth of flavor, and textured character. While Rkatsiteli is now also grown in France, California, and Australia, its truest expression remains in Georgia, where it produces wines that are bold, structured, and full of soul.
The label for Norah’s Rkatsiteli was created by young Georgian artist Barbara Aslamazi (IG: @barbara_aslamazi), who captures the elegance of the wine in her art. Just as her character Norah embodies creativity and spirit, this amber wine embodies the ancient yet ever-living tradition of natural wine from Georgia.
A bottle of Norah’s Rkatsiteli is more than a drink – it is an invitation to taste Georgia’s wine history in liquid form.
