These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Kinto’s Website, located at www.kintonatural.com. By accessing this website we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use Kinto Natural if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page. The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and all Agreements: “Client”, “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person logging on to this website and compliant with Kinto’s terms and conditions. “The Company”, “Ourselves”, “We”, “Our” and “Us”, refers to Kinto. “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us”, refers to both the Client and ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of Kinto’s stated services, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of Germany and EU consumer-protection directives. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.

Withdrawal / Returns (EU Consumers)
If you are purchasing as a consumer within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party you have appointed, other than the carrier, acquire physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Kinto Natural, support@kintonatural.com) of your decision to withdraw by a clear statement. You may use the following model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory:

Effects of withdrawal: We will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day we receive the goods back or evidence of their return. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
