Juicy, present, and unique – a Georgian natural rose wine

This Georgian natural rose wine is juicy, intense, and thick – a truly unique rosé that carries the full aroma of a spring bouquet of roses. Crafted by the skilled winemaker Paata, it begins with handpicked Chinuri grapes (a white-skinned variety) carefully crushed and poured with their skins into a traditional clay qvevri. In the next step, Paata selected Tavkveri grapes (red-skinned), crushed them, and added only their musk – without the juice – into the same vessel.

The two varieties rested together in the qvevri for six months, spending time with their multi-colored skins. This slow, natural process resulted in a full-bodied rosé unlike any other – layered, fruity, and structured with delicate tannins. Expect a richer rose color than usual, a vibrant palate, and depth that continues to evolve with every sip.
